"సింగిల్ పేరెంట్ సిస్టం " వలన భవిష్యత్ లో మగాళ్లు ఇలా "దున్నలు " లా పనికొస్తారు తప్పా ,మొగుళ్లుగా మాత్రం కాదు!.
ఆ మధ్య ఢిల్లీ కి చెందిన ఒకావిడ గారు తన కూతురికి పాస్ పోర్ట్ కావాలని సంబంధిత పాస్ పోర్ట్ కార్యాలయం లో అప్లై చేస్తే , ఆ అప్లికేషన్ పరిశీలించిన అధికారులు అమ్మాయి తండ్రి పేరు అన్న కాలం ఖాళీగా ఉంది కాబట్టి కంప్యూటర్ సిస్టం అప్లికేషన్ తీసుకోవటం లేదు కాబట్టి తండ్రి పేరు ఏమిటో చెప్పండి అన్నారట . దానికి అగ్గి మీఁద గుగ్గిలం అయిన సదరు మాతృమూర్తి " పిల్ల పుట్టగానే తండ్రి వదిలేసి పొతే, నేనే తల్లి తండ్రి అయి పెంచితే , ఇప్పుడు పాస్ పోర్ట్ కోసం ,వాడి పేరు నా కూతురు కి తండ్రిగా చెప్పాలా ? నెవ్వర్ !" అందట . దానితో తెల్లబోయిన అధికారులు "చూడమ్మా నీ మొగుడికి నీకు ఉన్న గొడవలు గురించి , కంప్యూటర్ కి అనవసరం . తండ్రి పేరు రాస్తేనే అది అప్లికేషన్ స్వీకరిస్తుంది . లేదంటే మీ ఇష్టం అనేసరికి ,ఎప్పుడో తెగతెంపులు చేసుకుపోయిన మాజీ మొగుడి పేరును కూతురి తండ్రిగా చెప్పటం ఇష్టం లేని ఆవిడ గారు ఢిల్లీ హై కోర్టులో పిటిషన్ వేస్తె కోర్టు వారు ఆమె కూతురు అప్లికేషన్ ని తండ్రి పేరు లేకుండానే తీసుకోమని ఆదేశాలు ఇచ్చ్హారు. అయితే తండ్రి పేరు లేనంత మాత్రానా పాస్ పోర్ట్ ఇవ్వ రాదు అని పాస్ పోర్ట్ చట్టం లో ప్రత్యేకంగా లేదు కాబట్టి ఆ కారణం తో పాస్ పోర్ట్ నిరాకరించడం కుదరదు అనే టెక్నీకల్ కారణం తో ఆదేశాలు ఇవ్వడం జరిగింది .
ఈ కేసు తీర్పులో ఢిల్లీ హై కోర్టు వారు చేసిన వ్యాఖ్యలు భవిష్య భారత సమాజాం సింగిల్ పేరెంట్ సిస్టం తో ఎలా వర్దిల్ల బోతుందో చూపించింది . ఆ మాట ఏమిటంటే
"Justice Manmohan observed, "This court also takes judicial notice of the fact that families of single parents are on the increase due to various reasons like unwed mothers, sex workers, surrogate mothers, rape survivors, children abandoned by father and also children born through IVF technology." He said just because the software of the passport office didn't accept a single parent's applications, it cannot become a legal requirement."
అంటే ప్రస్తుత పరిస్థితి చూస్తుంటే రాను రానూ ఇండియాలో సింగిల్ పేరెంట్ లు ఎక్కువయ్యేటట్లే ఉన్నారు దానికి కారణం "పెండ్లి కానీ తల్లులు , సెక్స్ వర్కర్ లు , సర్రోగేట్ తల్లులు , తండ్రుల వదిలేసిన పిల్లలు తల్లులు మరియు IVF టెక్నలాజి ద్వారా సంతానం పొందిన సింగిల్ పేరెంట్ లు . కాబట్టి సాప్ట్ వేర్ తీసుకోవడం లేదు అనే కారణం తో సింగిల్ పేరెంట్ ల పిల్లల అప్లికేషన్ లను పాస్ పోర్ట్ అధికారులు నిరాకరించడం కరెక్టు కాదు , ఎందుకంటే అది చట్ట ప్రకారం అవసరం అని చట్టం లో లేదు కనుక .
దీని వలన ఇప్పుడు పాస్ పోర్ట్ అధికారులు చేయాలసింది ఏమిటంటే పేరెంట్స్ అనే కాలం లో సింగిల్ పేరెంట్ అనే కాలం ని కూడా చేర్చాలి . అవసరమయితే పైన తెల్పిన సింగిల్ పేరెంట్ కేట గిరీలు కూడా చేరిస్తే సరిపోతుందేమో !.
మరి ఇలా సింగిల్ పేరెంట్ సిస్టం కి మనం O.K అంటే సమాజం లో భవిష్యత్ లో ఏ దుష్పలితాలు ఉండవా అని ఆలోచిస్తే ఉండటం ఖాయం అనిపిస్తుంది . ఎందుకంటే ఈ మధ్యనే ఒక వార్త చదివాను . అమెరికాలో 28 ఏండ్ల అమ్మాయి డేటింగ్ సైట్ ద్వారా ఒక డబ్బు ఉన్న ముసలోడి తో డేటింగ్ కి సై అనడమే కాక అతడినే పెండ్లి చేసుకుని సంసారం సాగిస్తుంటే , ఒక రోజు ముసలోడి ప్యామిలీ ఆల్బమ్ లో తన తండ్రి ఫొటో చూసి "ఈయనెలా తెలుసు మీకు " అంటే వాడు నా కొడుకు అన్నాడట . అంటే ఆ యువతి సంసారం చేస్తోంది స్వయానా తన తాతతోనే . ఇదెలా సంభవం అయిందంటే యువతి తండ్రి చిన్నపుడుగా ఉన్నప్పుడే తన నాయనమ్మ తాతను వదిలేసి "సింగిల్ పేరెంట్ " గా మారి పోయినందువలన . అయన పేరును రికార్డుల్లో ఎక్కడా చెప్పనందువలన . ఇప్పుడు చెప్పండి సింగిల్ పేరెంట్ కి O.K అంటే ఇలా రక్త సంబంధీకులతో సంసారాలు సాగించే దుష్పరిణామాలు కలిగే అవకాశం లేదా?
ఇంకొక దుష్పలితం ఏమిటంటే ఈ మొగుళ్ళు మంచి వారు కాదని సింగిల్ పేరెంట్ లు గ మారుతున్న స్త్రీలే , అసలు పిల్లలు కనడానికి మొగుడెందుకు ,మగాడు చాలు అని ఆ తర్వాత మగాడు కూడా అక్కర్లేదు అతడి వీర్యం కొనుకుంటే చాలు అనే ఆలోచనకు వస్తే ? అప్పుడు కొంతమంది మగాళ్లు కేవలం స్పెర్ం సేకరించడానికి పనికొచ్చే "దున్నపోతు " లుగా మారిపోతారు. పైన చిత్రం ఉన్న దున్న పోతులను చూడండి ఒకటి 15 కోట్లు చేస్తే , మరొకటి 13 కోట్లు విలువ చేస్తుందట . ఏమిటయ్యా వీటికి ఇంత విలువ అంటే , వాటి వీర్యపు చుక్కఒకటి 400 రూపాయలు పైనే ఉంటుంది అంట . వాటి మీద కోట్ల రూపాయలు సంపాదిస్తారు అట వాటి యజమానులు . అందుకే వాటికింత విలువ.
స్త్రీలను సెక్స్ వర్కర్ లుగా మార్చి బ్రోతల్ హౌస్ లు ఎలా నడిపుతున్నారో , అందం కండ పుష్టి ఉన్న మగవాళ్లను చేర దీసి "వీరి గాళ్ళు " అదేనండి వీర్యదాతలుగా మార్చి వ్యాపారాలు నడుపుతారు. ఇప్పటికే కొన్ని దేశాల్లో స్పెర్ం కోసం మగవాళ్ళను కిడ్నాప్ చేసి వీర్యం తస్కరిస్తున్న లేడి డాన్ లు ఎక్కువ అవుతుంటే మగాళ్లు బెంబేలెత్తి పోతున్నారట. ఇప్పటి దాకా దేన్నీ చూపించి ఆడాళ్లను రేప్ చేస్తాం అని బెదిరిస్తున్నారో , ఇప్పుడు దాని భద్రంగా కాపాడుకోవలసిన దుస్థితి ఆధునిక దేశాల్లో మగవాళ్లది. కాబట్టి సింగిల్ పేరెంట్ కు O.K అంటే ఎలాంటి దుష్పలితాలు కలుగనున్నాయో ఆలోచించి నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకోవాలి తప్పా , ఎమోషనల్ గా అది స్త్రీల హక్కుల్లో భాగం లాగా భావించి రాజకీయ కారణాలతో తలాడిస్తే "దున్నపోతు " సంస్కృతీ ఎక్కువ అవటం వలన మరియు సింగిల్ పేరెంట్ ఆలనా పాలనలో పిల్లలు ఉండటం వలన నష్టమే ఎక్కువ .
వీర్యం అమ్ముకునే వారి వల్ల "వీరి గాళ్ళే " పుడతారు కానీ , వీరులు పుట్టరు కదా!ఆ జ్ఞానం ఉంటే మంచి జీవిత భాగస్వామి ని చూసుకుని మనువు ద్వారా దంపతులై మంచి బిడ్డలకు తల్లితండ్రులు అయితే సమాజానికి సత్ పౌరులను అందించిన కీర్తి దక్కుతుంది కానీ , ఇలా తప్పుడు నిర్ణయాలతో అడ్డగోలు సంతానం కని దేశం మీదకు వదిలితే జరుగబోయే దుష్పరిణామాలు ఎన్నో ? ఆలోచించండి. ఇప్పటికే కొన్ని దేశాలు సింగిల్ పేరెంట్ విధానం తో కలిగిన దుష్పలితాలను అనుభవిస్తున్నాయి .
