                                                                          Mumbai High Court                                                                                 ఇది నేనంటున్న మాట కాదు  సాక్షాత్తు మన దేశ అత్యున్నత  న్యాయ స్తానం వారు ఒక కేసు విచారణ సందర్బంగా చేసిన వ్యాఖ్య ఇది . ప్రస్తుతo కోర్టుల్లో నడుస్తున్న అదిక బాగం రేప్ కేసుల తీరు తెన్నులు చూసి విసిగి పోయిన న్యాయ మూర్తుల నుండి అలాంటి వ్యాఖ్యలు రావడం ఆశ్చర్య మేమి కాదు . ఇదే కేసుకు సంబందించి గతం లో బాంబే హాయ్ కోర్టు వారు క్రింది విదంగా అభిప్రాయ పడ్డారు .. " Many  of the cases are being reported by those women who have consensual physical relationship with a man but when the relationship breaks due to one reason or the other, the women use the law as a weapon for vengeance and personal vendetta to extort money and sometimes even to force the boy to get married to her."   అంటే కొంత మంది స్త్రీలు అన్నీ తెలిసీ కూడా తమకు ఇష్టం వచ్చినంత కాలం తమకు నచ్చిన వ్యక్తితో శారిరక సంబందం పెట్టుకుని ఏదైనా కారణాల
